Side Dishes And Desserts
Each month, our chef cooks up a selection of sides and desserts that compliment your
Ensembles meals. There is no need to pre-order sides or desserts, just pick them up
while you are in for your session.
Gift Certificates
Ensembles gift certificates are perfect for anyone in need of extra time and TLC.
Newlyweds, expectant or new moms, college students, those recovering from illness or
surgery, or anyone who has recently moved can all use a break from cooking. To order
a gift certificate, give us a call or email us. We are happy to mail the certificate
to you or directly to the recipient with a card, or you can pick it up in our store.
Pick-Up Service
If you are too busy to come in and assemble your meals yourself, we are happy to do it
for you! On the session schedule page, select a "pick-up session." Select your menu
items, making sure to fill in the special instructions box with your preferences (e.g.,
allergies, spiciness, etc.) You may also use the pick-up service if you cannot make
it to your assembly session at the last minute. Just give us a call. There is an
additional $4 per item fee for pick-up service.
Catering Service
For those really special events, Ensembles can make you look like a cooking star.
Contact us to schedule an appointment with our Executive Chef. She will work with you to develop a special menu just for your event and schedule a pick-up time for you to pick up your "catered" meal. You will walk out our doors with pre-assembled dishes you just take home, finish cooking and serve to your guests - chef quality food at a fraction of the cost of a traditional caterer. Even better - you can honestly say you cooked it yourself! Prices vary depending on the menu, and preparation is limited to 50 people.
Smaller Family Portions
If entrées that serve 4-6 are too large for your family, you may split each of
your meals into two portions, each serving 2-3 people. When you select your menu items,
simply check the box for "split portions." We make special adjustments to our recipes
for split portions, and we will supply smaller packaging allowing all the meals to fit in
your freezer. It may not be possible to split all dishes - those that cannot be split
will be noted in the menu choices.
